Pompeo talks with North Koreans postponed, but South says second Kim-Trump summit on track

A meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and North Korean officials set for Thursday in New York has been postponed, the U.S. State Department said, but South Korea said the delay will not derail a second North Korea-U.S. summit.
