Tropical Storm Kirk forms off African coast
WITN
Tropical Storm Kirk has formed off the coast of Sierra Leone and will trek westward over the next week. Kirk is the eleventh named storm of the 2018 season. NHC forecasts keep it at tropical storm strength as it crosses the Atlantic over the next week.
